Barre Warrior is merging with Lauren Roxburgh's Aligned Life Studio. LoRox aka 'The Body Whisperer' is a world renown movement teacher, expert trainer to the stars, mentor and innovator who is best known for her Foam Roller programs and the Taller Slimmer Younger Program. Lauren is a guru on Fascia and specialises in Structural Integration, Pilates and nutrition. Lauren has deep well of knowledge on all things to do with movement medicine. Named one of Shape Magazine's top 50 Hottest trainers in 2014, Lauren has had an A-list client base, her own wellness centre in LA. Now based in Wanaka, I am happy to call Lo a friend and I am honoured to be invited to create programs with her on her Aligned Life Studio website.
